BoostOps Inc. ("BoostOps", "we", "us", or "our"), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal data when you use our services, platform, and related tools (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
🔵 Google API Services Data Use
BoostOps uses Google API Services to help you manage your game marketing campaigns. This section explains how we access and use your Google data.
Quick Summary: We only access your Google Ads, Google Analytics, and YouTube data to display campaign performance metrics in your BoostOps dashboard. We never sell your data or use it for advertising purposes.
Google API Services Data Access and Use
BoostOps integrates with Google API Services to provide you with comprehensive marketing analytics and campaign management tools. Below is a complete disclosure of how we access, use, store, and share your Google user data.
What Google Data We Access
When you connect your Google accounts to BoostOps, we request access to the following Google API Services:
- Google Ads API: Campaign performance data, ad spend, keyword performance, audience targeting information, and conversion metrics
- Google Analytics API: Website and app analytics data including user behavior, traffic sources, conversion funnels, and event tracking
- YouTube Analytics API: Video performance metrics, viewer demographics, and engagement data for promotional videos
- Google Play Developer API: App store performance data, installation statistics, and user reviews
How We Use Google Data
BoostOps uses your Google data exclusively for the following purposes:
- Display in Dashboard: We fetch and display your Google campaign data in the BoostOps dashboard so you can see consolidated performance metrics across all your marketing channels
- Performance Analysis: We analyze your Google Ads and Analytics data to generate insights about campaign profitability, ROI, and user acquisition costs
- Attribution Tracking: We correlate Google campaign data with in-app events to provide accurate attribution of installs and revenue to specific campaigns
- Automated Alerts: We monitor your Google campaign performance to send you alerts when campaigns become unprofitable or when significant changes occur
- Report Generation: We use your Google data to generate performance reports and visualizations within the BoostOps platform
How We Store Google Data
- Temporary Caching: We temporarily cache Google API responses (typically for 1-24 hours) to improve dashboard performance and reduce API calls
- Aggregated Metrics: We store aggregated campaign performance metrics (total spend, total revenue, ROI) in our database for historical trend analysis
- No Raw User Data: We do not store raw personally identifiable information (PII) from Google services. We only store aggregated, anonymized campaign performance data
- Secure Infrastructure: All Google data is stored on encrypted servers using industry-standard security practices (AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit)
- Access Controls: Google data is only accessible to the specific BoostOps user account that authorized the connection
How We Share Google Data
We do not sell, rent, or share your Google user data with third parties.
- No Third-Party Sharing: Your Google data is never shared with advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties
- No Cross-User Sharing: Your Google data is never shared with other BoostOps users or used to inform other customers' analytics
- Service Providers: We may share minimal aggregated Google data (e.g., total API call volume) with our cloud hosting provider (Google Cloud Platform) strictly for infrastructure operations
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose Google data if required by law, subpoena, or court order
